Return Policy

Items purchased on coloradoclothing.com may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns or exchanges initiated more than 30 days past the purchase date will not be accepted.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or credit.

Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.

Original postage and handling fees are non-refundable.

A return processing fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount. You can use the prepaid shipping label included in your shipment or purchase your own postage to ship the items back to us. If you prefer to purchase your own postage, please insure the package and add delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse.

At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.

Your return will be processed within 5-7 days from the date we receive the item(s). Please allow 1-2 weeks after processing for the refund to appear on your credit card.

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Complete all fields of the Return/Exchange Form on the back of the Packing List included in the plastic enclosure on the outside of the package. Can't find the Packing List? Click here to print a Return/Exchange Form.

2. Include the completed Return/Exchange Form inside the return package.

3. For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label is included in the package with your order. If you'd like to use it, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the return package and drop off at your local postal store. If you prefer to purchase your own postage, please insure the package and add delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse.

Yes, as long as the size or color is available. Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form on the back of the Packing List included in the box with your order. Please ship the item(s) you wish to exchange and the completed Return/Exchange Form back to us for processing.
